Default New to me '07 GT3

Hey everyone, after driving air cooled cars for more than a decade, I've just made the switch to a GT3. Only had it less than a couple of weeks, but loving it so far! The car has 16K miles, in Arctic Silver, and a pretty basic spec (no PCCB or PCM) which suits me fine.

Current mods: RSS thrust arm bushes, rear control arms & toe links, GT2 rear sway bar, radiator grilles, believed to have upgraded diff although no records to confirm for sure.

Planned mods: pin coolant lines and Sharkwerks pipes this year, then in the future perhaps Sharkwerks exhaust, LWF, etc. Dreaming of CGT bucket seats...

Very nice find! Sharkwerks bypass is all you should need from an exhaust perspective. Enjoy!

handsome car and there is no end to what one can do to modify and individualize these cars.

Let us know what you do as you enjoy your GT3.

All the best...

You will never look back! Fellow former Vancouverite (although transplanted 11 years ago to Chicago-no I will never be a Hawks fan!) and know that you have the perfect roads to experience that fine automobile!

Well done

Thanks everyone!

Just got a small ding that was on the right rocker fixed with paintless dent removal, came out great. The car's getting a clear bra done right now, then will be ready for action!

What's your take on the GT3 driving experince vs air-cooled?
Having driven only the 964 / 993 for so many years, the GT3 feels ultra modern to me. I haven't driven the GT3 much yet, but so far I can definitely tell that it's a lot more planted and stable, obviously with much higher limits. And the engine, oh man. I have to remind myself I have an extra 1700 rpm to play with!
