Just tell Rodger to put in whatever he put in mine.
He changed / adjusted it at the track just by jacking up the car.

Biggest mod in GT3 for me.

I kind of told him the same thing privately. Rodger keeps an assortment of my and Motorsports' LSD parts on hand. He should be able to service it.

I have decided on rebuilding my LSD with GT internals and the 3.89 RS R&P

Great decision Tom. Let the slippery slope begin.

Im now into the gearbox and its time to replace the synchros, the first-second operating sleeve, and the first gear/second gear/ mainshaft assembly.

What are my options besides stock?

The options are stock, mine and the GT2 RS mainshaft. Don't know if PMNA still carries mainshafts or not. Stock keeps your current 2nd ratio. Gt2 RS is really for higher powers cars like a Sharkwerks or Champion 4.1 or 4.2. 2nd is too tall for a normal 3.8.

On mine and the 996 Cup shaft from PMNA you can pick and choose ratios. I offer several 1st gear ratios. They just offer 1. We both offer multiple 2nd gear ratios.

For synchros, in 2nd I recommend the Cup 2nd. They are all steel and better suited to a 2nd gear downshift.
1-2 slider will be determined by the above choice. Street car 2nds are asymetrical. Mine and Cup are symmetrical. Gears match the sliders.

Regards,

Matt
