2011 GT3RS DME report - troubling?

There's 30,000 stage 1 ignitions. There's 3 ignitions per revolution since the engine is a 2 stroke cycle. So the engine has had roughly 10,000 revolutions just in stage one. The car redlines at 8500RPM. So the engine has spent 1.17 minutes past redline in just stage 1.
I would never touch an engine with stage 5 and 6 over revs. Damage is likely and probable according to Porsche. Stage 1, 2, and 3 usually don't cause any damage at all but give you a sense of how hard it's been driven, nothing to worry about. Stage 4 falls into a grey area depending on who you ask and how many ignitions are present. They shouldn't hold you back from purchasing the car.
I bought my GT3 RS a year ago with the help of forum user's information here. Most can chime in and explain the risk . I had no stage 2-6 over revs on mine. I think about 50 ignitions altogether in stage 1 so I knew the car was driven properly and maybe the engine was bounced off the redline a couple times or so worst case.
Keep in mind these cars are very robust but also very expensive to fix if something does go wrong. But with the clutch being replaced for the third time that is eye opening.

Btw, the stage 3 and 4 ignitions happened so long ago there is no engine damage, it would have shown up by now one way or another. Just imagine the abuse the car has taken to need a 3rd clutch. That's what I'm getting at.

The other issue that needs to be considered is the "history" if/when you go to sell the RS. The sell price should reflect DME report.

The stage 4 happened many moons ago, other variables are just as likely to lead to engine failure at this juncture. The car does appear to be driven rather poorly though, with 3 clutches and many mis-shifts. Exploding clutches are also emblematic of poor downshifts. I know of a car here that's currently having its bellhousing changed after a track money shift caused the clutch plate to disintegrate and make a hole in the bellhousing. I'd also be worried about gearbox synchros given that they are copper in the RS.
Short end, I'd expect to receive a discount over another RS if available, ceteris paribus.

The fact that the Range 3/4 over revs occurred 370 engine hours ago would make me not worry too much about them.
Clutches: Recall that there was an issue with the pressure plates on early models of these cars that made them blow up clutches. Try to find out when these clutch repairs were done, and if the car was delivered with the defective clutch assembly. That could allay your concerns about the clutches, or not.

If the current dealership is replacing the clutch and knows about previous replacements... then they appear to have documented history which hopefully includes more details. How about the flywheel, pressure plate and other related items.

Update: turns out the dealer had the wrong DME report attached to the car file.
The correct DME shows a range 1 and range 2...all others are clear.
The carfax actually showed the clutch replacements: 3403 miles, 7184 and the latest at 11618. Not sure what that is all about but i went ahead and pulled the trigger. What an awesome ride! Big difference from my '10 GT3. Thank you for all the valuable feedback.

lots of parking, reversing and step drives can kill the clutches - I'd ask what failed- was it just judder or did the straps on the pressure plate fail i.e poor down shift (no rev match).
