Easy fix:

You want as much rubber as you can get up front.

However, I'm not really interested in turning my street driven DD into a cup car OR spending thousands on pieces and paint to fit a set of wheels

Originally I thought all I needed were front flares which don't look very good on a NB in my opinion.

Beaker,

Definitely want to stay at 9" wide for a street car on street fenders. Will fit perfect and aid in turn in over stock...

My car is 60/40 Track/Street and definitely not a daily, I also went in with both feet and have a CF Grandam front clip (bumper, fenders, hood) so I need something to fill up those fenders and 9.5" will work well. I have 10" wide in there now but had to move the radiator frames forward a bit to make them fit...

Seems interest may be slowing... We may be forced to combine the fronts into a 9.25" or something along these lines to satisfy everyone and get the numbers we need to make this happen!

Already will likely have to combine the NB and WB fitment into a universal fitment where the WB guys have to run the factory spacer...

Just to add a point of reference for this group buy (which I am not a part of, but support). I run a 9.5 ET42 wheel on my narrow body GT3 without flares. The key is to get caster dead nuts at 8 degrees to center the wheel, and I also run over 3 degrees of camber with the strut tops rotated. It works without fender flares.

My 265/35-18 tires bulge over the sides of the rim, and the fitment is close, but if you choose a tire that sits flush with the edges of the rim, this is a slam dunk.

This is 18's or 19's? ? They must also have all of the shims taken out of the control arm to pull the wheel in as far as possible... This is great info btw, thank you!

Also can you throw up some pics of this setup

This is 18" and I still have 6mm shims in the lower control arms.

You can see that the wheel is inside the fender. The tire is really bulgy, which could cause clearance issues, depending upon alignment, but if you run a narrower tire you will be fine.

This is great!

What say you 9" front folks? You OK with 3degrees camber and the adjustments to the front to run these bad boys? Looks mean!

Ideally I'd like to go this route as the 9.5 ET42 will retain some curvature. 9.25ET50 will start to get flat, like the 18x9" picture we shared...

Thanks for the information, what rear offset are you running, standard narrowbody or did you go more aggressive in the rear too?

I'm one of the NB guys down for 9" fronts.
Don't want to derail effort, but I need a plug and play wheel solution. Live in middle of nowhere, yet to track the car and no time to fiddle with it.
Car is stock except lowered by PO and on stock wheels now which I know work. Basically hoping to recapitulate these but think the BBS option looks better than factory

OK, noted! 9.25" would be the way to go for that...

I'm in the same boat - I do not want any clearance/rubbing issues...this is my DD and the roads are crap around here. I don't mind running smaller than 265s, but I just don't want to guess.

Mooty mentioned anything over 9 will rub...can we be sure that a 9.25 on a NB with a specific tire width won't rub without massive negative camber?

I have stock PASM with complete RSS upgrades...
