Default 991 GT3 RS + 1 Other (poll)

Have to ask the experts about my 1st world problem:

I have a 991 GT3 RS on order (a very early production one). No idea if I am going to track it or not. Depends how much fun and reliable it is.

I currently own:

(i) 7.2 GT3. Track-ready/proven and perfect the way it is. 20,000 miles. I know exactly what it is and have had many flavors of past GT3s/RS.
(ii) 997 GT2. Just added clear bra. Will take about $15K to get it track-ready like my 7.2 GT3. It is a gloriously new experience for me. 16,000 miles. Car is immaculate.

Can only keep max 2. So,...

(i) sell 7.2 GT3
(ii) sell 997 GT2
(iii) sell both; buy 981 GT4
(iv) sell both; buy mooty creampuff track-ready 996 GT3
(v) sell both; keep 991 GT3 RS, use it, and drive it to the ground

Appreciate the feedback in advance.

Can you post up the order guide so the rest of us mere mortals with deposits can have a look?

umm, it's a tough call. I'd probably sell the GT2 and keep the 997.2 for heavy track, 991 RS for Sunday drives and occasion track day.

The 996 GT3 is such a pure expression of the GT3 "intent" from the factory. If you can have 2, I would def buy Mooty's stripper and enjoy that at the track with no worries and enjoy the RS when it arrives in its stock form. Sell the other two.

No info yet. I'm sure you'll see the order guide on RL as soon as it is available. I will contribute too if/when I do see it.

You have it wrong. I'm the pleb.

Can I offer additional option?
Bail on the 991RS, Sell 7GT3, keep GT2 for double-duty and buy Mooty's 6GT3 for extensive track fun...lowest depreciation and perhaps the best all-round package..?

Just sell gt2 and add 1RS. Seems like you already have a great set up 7.3! If you feel like it you can track the 1.RS hard and without thinking consequences. Otherwise great for 7/10 on track and weekend fun! Can't believe I say that about an RS, but I bought my 4.0 to track it but can't get over how much it's worth and that it is irreplaceable.

Option I
U Will miss a manual if u don't have one.
GT2 is a good DD and white is the best.
U can easily sell ur track ready gt3 and not to worry about center nut issue.

Daily drive GT2 and buy a GT4 Cayman for track duty. Put GT2 mod $ towards Cayman.

+1 to keep GT2 and add GT4. You can always borrow my 7.2 if you want to reminisce.

Sell GT3.

Keep GT2 because GT2 and everyone has a GT3 you can borrow.
Nice daily and decent track car. Top dog.
No one with this level problems should have to put up with 996 looks or GT4 beginner neutered track car.

Keep the Ultimate Mezger this side of a 4.0 or GT2RS.
But the new 991RS will be top dog regardless.

Best of both worlds
