Buy 991RS and use it as daily in Vancouver. (It will also provide a good vise for a track day at the Ridge or ORP adventure.)

Keep 997.2 GT3 in Florida for annual Sebring sabbatical. Values are safe enough to hold it for another year or two or longer....

Keep GT2 in California for transportation and random track days... Car is a collector 911.... you could park it for 10 years and forget about it with no regrets.
(In the meantime, bring GT2 to Vancouver until 991RS arrives.)

I suggest we buy a wharehouse and start filling it with impulse car purchases.
When your wife sees you in a different car, say "its Tom's". And when my wife see me in a different car I will say "it is Stephen's"
As long as we can keep the women from talking to each other we would be in the clear. lol

Sell the GT3. You're buying the RS so no point in keeping the GT3. One RS and one GT2 you have the best porsche has to offer covered.

Agree. 996 GT3 = 996% involvement. But I don't know which car to sell.

Sell gt2. Turbo cars will become plentiful.

Natural cars with manual are the things to keep.

Did not vote. No desire to have 991RS or Cayman or 996. Will remain fat, dumb and happy with what I have.

Would probably bail on the 991RS too. If Porsche follows the same "recipe" for RS over base GT3 - I'm not interested. Would look for a Cup car.

Nice daily and decent track car. Top dog.
No one with this level problems should have to put up with 996 looks or GT4 beginner neutered track car.

Keep the Ultimate Mezger this side of a 4.0 or GT2RS.
But the new 991RS will be top dog regardless.

Best of both worlds
"no one with this level of problems......." so true

Yes. I have thought about this as well. Realistically, if I have one of the first cars at MSRP, it's tough to give up on it from a $ perspective.

I hear you re: tracking high $ car. Everyone has their limits. I care more about the safety at the limit and hence mooty options is interesting for me.

GT2 is a good DD and white is the best.
U can easily sell ur track ready gt3 and not to worry about center nut issue.
I might catch up to you with a prepped GT2.

please change my vote.
Just need to drive mooty animal to ensure my memories of the 996 GT3 are as I remembered them before committing. Right seller, right car if I were going this way.

Will add mooty strategy as well,... we all buy white cars so the women think they're really all the same.

The 997 GT3s are just that good. Why spend more money? Great perspective to have as well.
