The dealer will be able to send you all the repair estimate if you're serious on this particular car.

Back story is that the owner hydroplaned in the rain and crashed it, something like that.

It was 2 panels (my understanding) in the rear.

It truly amazes me how the market has changed in just the last 1.5 years, and this is more proof of that.

Small GT car world. I had this car PPI'd 2/3 years ago up here in MN when I first started looking for a GT3. Mechanic said it was overall a nice tight car considering the crash. It for sure was repaired very well. Done by Lamettry's I believe. I saw the full repair estimate. It was extensive. But they are great. If you looked really close you could just barely make out some slight paint blend etc. It also had a tiny oil seep somewhere but I can't remember. I do remember it sat outside in very low MN temps for most of the winter. Would make a great starter GT3 or track car. Interesting that it is actually selling for a higher price now than it was sold for two years ago I believe.

that's probably more that the 997 GT market has gone up slightly in the last two years. Like for like most cars are going for a tad more than they did 2 years ago.

the question for someone is do you get a clean 997.1 or this 997.2 with stories.

Had it and tossed it. They can pull it at Porsche of St. Paul I think, if not, they can get you to the body shop that did the work which I believe was here: http://www.lamettrys.com/twin-cities...y-repair-shop/

Should be a PPI here: http://www.imolamotorsports.com

When someone searches for that car in the future long after the link is dead, they will at least find this thread.
