Rotating struts versus LCA shims

Can anybody tell me how many mm worth of LCA shims are equal to rotating the top of the strut 180 degrees and using the other 3 holes? I believe the starting point with rotated struts and the 1mm shim is -2.0 camber. I want to remove some shims and rotate the strut to get to -3.0 camber. Obviously the alignment tech can get there by trial and error, but I want a starting point.

What size tires are you running / planning to run up front?
I had those Pirelli slicks (255's) rub pretty bad coming off the transition at TWS and after rotating plus adding 7mm of shims (total) I am at a little over -3 and no rubbing on the fender. Still have to be careful with tight turns (street / paddock) as the insides will rub (on the chassis side).

I'm at about -2.5 with nt01 245 with struts rotated and using shims. I don't rub except the inner wheel weights can tick the air duct at full lock. My air ducts are from the grand am cars and are trimmed.
