Spyerx was telling me to gutt and cage with the CS seating in a halo seat and drive it to the track. I'd be driving to the all the way with my helmet and hans on.

I had an FJ40 land cruiser with full cage... along with the metal dash, and minimal padding on the cage I was a rolling death trap. Made it through OK.

.2 RS and it looks to come with airbag. I'd call them and confirm if getting the .2 one doesn't bother you. If anything I would call them and see if they have a .1 in stock. They carry a lot of stuff in inventory.

Ive seen quite a few .2 rs wheels for sale but want to keep things original. Im not sure if the internals of the .2 wheel are the same and if there would be an issue with the airbag and what not. I've also called a bunch of the dismantlers and no one had anything

There was just a .1rs wheel for sale in the classifieds. It's sold now but was there several days.

.2 RS wheel will fit but you will need the newer style round airbag as well as the steering control module 997.613.289.01

I had inquired about that wheel but i wasn't thrilled with the pics of it. Only reason i would take a .2 wheel is because a fellow forum member has a .1 wheel on his .2 rs that he'd swap with me. Hope to find something before spring time!
