Default Anyone familiar with this 997.2 GT3?

I wasn't sure whether to post this question here or in the Classifieds section, but hopefully this is the right place. I've been looking for a well-optioned (PCCB, Dynamic Engine Mounts, Adaptive Sport Seats, Front Axle Lifting System, etc.) GT Silver 997.2 GT3 and watching the market for a while. This 2011 GT3 in Naples, FL has been up for sale for several months and posted on eBay Motors a few times without any takers (originally at $135k). I presume it hasn't sold yet because of the price, but I wanted to see if anyone knew about the history of this car beyond the Carfax report. I'm also curious to hear what people think the right market value is.

Thanks for the help.

I pulled the build sheet and it looks to be a 2011 with a 09/2010 production month. That said, the seller states it had an original MSRP of $169k in their marketing video, but the build options put it more around $147k.

The car clearly has a 2010 steering wheel, the trim changed for the 2011's.

looking at the pictures I agree that the MSRP is closer to 147k than 169k, as for FMV, in this market who knows ... certainly north of $100k ... and probably circa 115-125

Appreciate the info, especially since I don’t have knowledge of the car's history or seller (along with being a newbie to searching out a GT3). Seems odd to have a mismatched steering wheel. The Steering Wheel in Alcantara (CLA) option isn't on the build sheet, so maybe one of the prior owners swapped it out at some point. I was thinking the same range for FMV. I'd love to find one in GT Silver and preferably from a private party with a clear history or CPO from a reputable Porsche dealership.

By the way, love your Mexico Blue GT3.

it could be that the wheel didnt change immediately with the 11' builds ... but I thought it did. GT3 wheel is std alacantara.

Alcantara is standard on the GT3 steering wheel. But I am swapping mine with a leather one because I don't want it to wear out like it did on my Turbo.
