Q: you are not trailering to the track and don't want to load up your car with tons of stuff?

A: don't be a dick, and, bring beer...

have a bag with your small stuff (tire gauge etc), and for you centerlock guys, you should have the tool store you need to play with those.

everything else you need in the trailers and I don't mind loaning it out provided you meet the criteria... and I am not using it... and you return it etc.

Cultivate a friend with a trailer, bring beer, snacks and help your trailer friend when he works on his car. A torque multiplier and a reversible digital 1/2" torque wrench if your new friend doesn't have them.

I usually pack my own.

In my E46 I could do just about everything with the tools I had onboard - including rewire the 02 sensors which I ended up having to do once
