Spark Plug Torque Setting?

I have a tough time mentally going very tight with spark plugs for fear of damaging the head but 996 GT3's were known for having plugs work loose and damage the head in the process so I was pretty careful about torquing mine when I did the plug change. Getting a torque wrench on all of them is the most difficult part of the whole job.
