getting ready to list my 2011 GT3 RS.. against my better judgement
hey guys.. im a long time lurker.. just dont like to post, i like to read...
anyways heres my car... i will post more details when i get the paperwork out of it... options etc...
im starting the car at $160k and will go from there... i dont have to sell it but i cant track and enjoy the car as this thing has turned into some what of an asset.. i might be out of my mind but im not giving this car away...
the story is im the third owner...
1st guy bought it and garaged it... put 100 miles ...(correction.. 60 miles) on it..
2nd guy bought it and drove 5500 miles on it with one track weekend... who knows if thats the truth..(correction... it is the truth, dealer confirms if that matters) i didnt really care...
i bought it at 5500 and put 3k track only miles on it....
now... at 8500 miles Porsche replaced the motor due to the air variant bolts backing up.... so i have a brand new engine at under 9k miles with no over revs.... thats my story and im sticking to it...
2 year warranty with new motor and car is cpo'd until june or july of 2016...
i need to get options list together when i pick up my car tomorrow...
pm me.. car is in St Pete FL

also i did the steel conversion... i have ceramic rotors on a shelf.. i ran one set of pads through them and converted to steel...
gmg exhaust, k 40 radar...

so what is the true value of these cars?
between auto trader, cars.com, and ebay vs rumor's above window sticker etc...
what is a fair price for the car...
the cheapest one i see publicly is at $155k...
im just trying to get a feel for a reasonable asking price before i really start trying to sell it....
and being a Porsche owner... im just trying to be honest about the car and its details....

i would like to sell it to a rennlister for a decent price and keep it in the community....
what i would really like to do is tell you guys the real story about my cayman r, which led me to buy this car during that debacle which my wife has no clue about me owning this car since ive bought it...
ive successfully owned this car going into my third year with it living at a off location... which has really sucked owning it... because ive never been able to bring the car home...
we call her... " The Mistress"... but what sucks is i have to pay the shop to work on it exclusively which is a pain... ive had my fun with the car... but its been worth it...

3. for a fee, I teach u how to hide assets including cars. I'm not kidding.
3. if u really want to sell, u are way over priced. if u can take trade in, provide tax credit and finance me at 475 FICO, then yes, I will pay 180 for it. otherwise do not compare againr dealer pricing.
