Bear in mind the car won't be that much faster, if at all, on the street. The GTS actually has a touch more torque. So if running bumpy, sketchy, and/or wet b-roads with slow switchbacks, I would take the GTS. If you will ever be on a track, or if you want more driver engagement, the GT3 all the way.

I did mean PCM. It's much more user friendly then the one in .1

OK, it also worth pointing out that the PSM (and chassis) in the 7.1 GT3 is not as sophisticated as that found in the 7.2 (Carerra and GT3)

Mate, you're making this much more complicated than it should be, I posted on 997 forum too... it's pretty simple really:

- Do you track often?
Yes --> GT3
No --> GTS

Done!

If you can regularly make time to visit the "EVO Triangle", and you have another car to drive in addition to the GT3, it could be worth making the trade. A couple of weeks ago, I was in Yorkshire driving from Ripon to Thornton and I was on a fantastic road, B6451 I think. At that moment, I really wished I had my GT3, rather than the Avis C Class I was driving.
