Default Yellow GT style headlight film

So, I get this kit from Headlight armor that includes the headlight film and turn signal/fog light film. What is the consensus? Do both?

What color car? Ive been going back and forth between clear or yellow film since my headlights/turn signals are pitted and id rather sand than spend $1200/side to replace. But I'm unsure how yellow film would look on a pumpkin.

I've seen the yellow tint on orange, green, silver, and white cars. I think it looks fine on all. Thinking of doing on mine as the light film I have is getting long in tooth.

Still no conclusive word on it being street legal-
I thought of getting them a while back but from what I'd read in FL I think it's illegal...

There was discussion here many years ago. If I recall, the consensus was that it significantly decreases lumens output and not recommended for night driving.

It's not that it actually significantly decreases light output (it's really only a few %), rather the color is now a bright yellow which reflects a color lower on the spectrum that makes seem like it. When paired with HID it's still bright.

A little secret for you guys...I'm the manufacturer of that film ;-)

Its great stuff. I don't drive at night much anyway! And even if I did its not much of a light decrease
