Default Trailer race ramps

I'm going to buy race ramps to load my 2010 GT3 onto my featherlite 3110 17.5' trailer.

I hope some of you have first hand recommendations for this.

Should I purchase the TR5 (5") height or TR7 (7") version?

I have the identical setup you are considering. The TR5 work race ramps work perfectly. PM your email and I will send you photos of how it will work for you.

Same here. Use TR5 on my Featherlite and they fit in the back of the pickup.. sure beats dragging around a lumber yard to load

I have the same trailer. TR5 ramps at 67" were needlessly long making it a pain to bring along in my Cayenne. I ended up having them make me a set up custom ramps to my specifications, basically a "TR6" but slightly shorter than the TR5. They are about $100 more than the stock sizes but you get exactly what you want... Lead time is about 2 weeks. Another option to consider.

Extra length is no problem ( That's what she said!!! lol) but I did get a pm from a rennlister that said he takes off the chin spoiler to keep from rubbing with the TR5's.

Does everyone take off the chin spoiler with TR5's? Would TR7's eliminate the need to remove the chin spoiler?

Fred at Reverse Logic just came out with some new custom ramps for super low cars. Shoot him an email on his website and I am sure he will help.

I bought a set from him at the Glen this weekend. He gave me a spreadsheet that showed that my car and trailer would not work with either TR5 or TR7. With my Trailex 8045 (22" height), my car would not load without ridiculous amounts of wood and also removed front splitter AND jacked the back of the truck up 4 ".
