Is the mileage correct? 41,000? Price seems a tad high if so. Looks great otherwise, GLWS!

mileage is correct, hell i added 7k in the last 2 months alone... the car is meant to be driven and looks just as good or better than others with 4x less mileage... I recently took off all the clear bra that was placed on it when new, the paint is great.. no chips in the front.. and with CPO till 100k.... mileage again is nowhere near a concern....

hopefully it finds a home where someone will continue to drive and enjoy it versus look and admire it from afar.

Didn't you just get it? Why sell already?

Wow. Paid far less than that for my 2010 GT3 with 11k miles on it a little over a year ago. Have prices really gotten that crazy?

This one is a little optimistic.

prices are what they are, below is every GT3 currently on market,

i feel that the vehicle is worth $113k and if you are a paid member of rennlist you will see on the members only section i lowered the price slightly to benefit those who pay for the site.

all in all, I did market research and priced it accordingly... miles might be higher than some, but having owned numerous 997's, i've always had better luck with a driven car that a low mile car that sits... it's the same with watches... add a few scuff's and you actually wear and enjoy it versus stare at it from afar.

i'll give you guys some help:

2011, 33,900 miles, Blue, $119,980
2010, 16,300 miles, silver $119,980 (aftermarket wheels)
2010, 20,000 miles, white $113,800
2010, 1,000 miles, red $117,980 (CPO)
2010, 15,000 miles, white $124,977 (CPO)
2010, 10,000 miles, black $128,000 (CPO)
2011, 16,000 miles, white $129,988
2010, 11,000 miles, red $117,500
2010, 8,000 miles, red $119,500

i feel that miles are almost negated based on lack of wear and CPO, but still lowered price for them, and did not raise price back up for the very important CPO.

I guess we'll see how accurate your analysis is if it sells at that price. I didn't pay much more than your asking price for 6000 mile 2011 car with CPO and decent options just a week ago.

Congrats. I'm not trying to criticize. I wish you good luck on the sale. It's a nice car.

Plus this has the sport buckets. Better seat option than the sofa seats.

Wow, my non RS only had 21k miles and a CPO. I should have asked $120k+ for it.

not being critical, just fundamentally amazed. I love my car, immaculately maintained, baffled by this pricing. My car only has 16K miles, like new, PCCB, axle lift, engine mounts, Sharkwerks and is absolutely immaculate. Staggers me that this would be the pricing for this car.

If in fact these prices are real - and I doubt that they are - the ROI for my car in a little over a year is stupidly high..
