Just mounted some new shoes on my .2! Can't wait to take some better pics once the sun comes out.

I got this sticker in the mail from a friend, when I asked where he got it he said a mutual friend gave it to him at EASY a couple of Saturday's ago. Being an early car guy I thought these were a perfect tribute to the old world champion of makes stickers Porsche used back in the day. I think it is also a fitting tribute to Hans Mezger and is perfect for a 997 GT3.

A black/orange with black wheels looks amazing! I always preferred it over the orange wheels. It so nice to see that there are still a few gt3rs's hitting the track. I miss the old days when they were plentiful. In fact as we speak mine is going back to the track where it belongs. I didn't buy this car as investment. It just so happen to go up. Either way a little patina won't do any harm in the long run. But it sure will be fun right now. Seats, cage are going in and I'm using the rear tow hook tow a tire trailer. A thread should be started dedicated to current gt3rs track day pictures.

Did a quick canyon run this morning and ended up at my local cigar shop with a stogie to end the day!

No GT3, but just as fun to me.

Pushed the FJ40 out of the garage and warmed her up for the weekend "digger hunt."

My 3 year old and I drive around with hot chocolate and find construction equipment to play with on the weekends. Only had to engage the air lockers once to get out of a pickle. :-)

Love the pics and your build. Much how I'd build my 997!
