TPMS question
Purchased a second set of tires for .2RS that did not include TPMS
Porsche part looks pricey as opposed to aftermarket alternatives
Anyone have any experience with them or other suggestions
Thanks

A new set of 'wheels' can be fitted with TPMS.
Bought some cheapies from OEWheels. They are as good as my original sensors.

I had my TPMS disabled at Goldcrest. Way cheaper than dealing with replacing them every few years due to dead batteries. It's not just the sensor cost, it's also having to deal with dismounting the tire and rebalancing the wheel. If one sensor goes bad, the others are likely soon to follow.
The sensors do come in handy if you experience a puncture on the road but I drove without them for decades with no major issues. If you check your tire pressure regularly, you can live without them.
To have the TPMS deleted, you will need to find a shop that has a PIWIS or Durametrec Pro (Professional version, not the Enthusiast one) diagnostic tool.

My 2010 997.2 GT3 is in need of new tires so it seems good preventative measure to replace the TPMS which haven't failed.
TPMS website groups all 911 s together so wondered if any of these are the correct to buy?
Thank you

I see Orange and Black ones, Amazon lists the Black ones:

I bought and had these fitted to my 7.2 GT3 (made by HUF, exactly the same as the Porsche part):
