Looks to me like it may have been a flood car that was swept away that banged into a lot of stuff and flipped over in the process. The roof is damage is not consistent with a road or track accident - I don't see the typical scraping on the fenders and quarter panels that would occur in a typical rollover unless it was on a really soft surface.
The interior damage looks worse that what rain would do with open windows and if the car was under water for an extended period, the electronics are toast.
That car is a mess. Savable (good track car material) but it'll be an expensive project for anyone but a skilled bodyman.

I emailed asking what the story was with the car and what exactly happened. The response I got back was "Track Damage"
If you look up the seller, seems like its a company that buys or gets wrecked exotics to sell.
