should you decide to part with the C2S assuming blk int. i am interested... i need help...
Nah, I still prefer gold to red.
Btw, I believe that there are 2-3 of the green .2RSs out there...there is only one Vesuvio Metallic that I know of in either .1 Non-RS, .1RS, .2 non-RS, and .2RS trims and I own it. That being said, now the price is $200k for Violet.

there's another violet three houses down from me. really.
it's a 993c2s. well driven 120,000 miles.
i can get you 135-140000 .2RS but wont be green and will be low option purist type cars.
The primary reason I see for wanting a 997.2 GT3 RS over the incoming 991 RS is the manual shifter. The Mezler engine is proven, but I'm confident Porsche will get the new one right. What else would the old one have over the newer technology? Cannot see why anyone would pay even dollars for an older RS.
People want what they can't have - it's human nature. Me? I'll take the latest and greatest. The new one coming will be EPIC.

mezger isn't better than new motor
just like more opt'n isn't always better than less option (in fact, i always pay over mkt for zero option cars and never do that for cars with options. PCCB.... psh... you can't give it to me for free. i have to chuck them away and risk breaking my back, cars with warts are of absolutely no value to me $0 is what i pay for it). you got to find what floats your boats.
now if you put the correct gund bear in the car, i will add $10,000 to your asking.
dating young secretaries (there's a reason why i work, it aint for the money) doesn't mean you dump the old wife. it's all very zen. u either get it or u dont.

At first Byers did a good job of hyping the market.
At this point they are just pointing out the market has peaked.
With new RS info leaking in the next few months and GT3 engines fixed we could see a pretty good drop off in value going into winter.
Or not.

Seems to me the dealers reasoning for high prices is last mezger and last manual. I think they will stick to that story until we have a manual with mezger... I would not be surprised if the prices go up.
