Posted this in another thread, but I feel it's relevant here too. 
Granted, that comment was for Orange ones. Green is significantly more rare in the US. Second rarest, behind Silver.
I feel the need to remind everyone that asking prices are just that... asking prices (i.e., wishes). Sale prices are the key metric, but sadly that isn't as "public" as asking prices.
There have been a lot of .2 GT3 RS's listed above $150k, and a handful of .1's listed above $120k. And many of them have been sitting on the market for several months.
If you want an Orange one, just be patient. While there aren't a lot on the market right now, Orange was the most common 997.1 GT3 RS color in the US:
