Everything is geat!!

COBB just came out with a AcessPORT for it and I installed it. BBI is currently tuning it. The COBB makes it way more easier to deal with the ecu. Really excited to have it on the car now. I can do logs now and easially do map changes. Like 100 oct maps and stuff!!!

Great to hear everything is solid.
I guess the tuning is the most difficult part? How was the tuner you used? I ask because I'm getting this conversion done too and finding a good tuner is not an easy task. I learned the hard way from my previous build

Yea.. Tuning for me was difficult also.. The first tuner made great power but couldnt keep from check engine lights coming on.. Then the tune would kind of go away and the car would begin to make less power.. The 2nd tuner was just difficult to communicate with... But thankfully Cobb came and saved the day...

I am working with Betim at BBI right now with the COBB and just did some logs with the 3rd map i have gotten from them.. The car is starting to feel really good!! Also no check engine lights either!!

The COBB really has saved my butt on this build.. Before the tuning part was a headache.. Now its really fun to do logs and stuff and its become really enjoyable!!..

Also for the future any 4.0 that Autometrics builds for a customer they can just stick my map in the car and it would be super close baseline or even could be perfect.. So for them as a business it helps a ton too..

Glad to hear that it's working out for you. Cobb's going to tune my car too so that should give them even more data.

Why a leather steering wheel and not alcantara?
Interior looks great by the way.

Great build, and being you have a great interior, Id skip painted black pulls and do these instead. Leather pulls and have the stitching done in green to match the rest of your stitching. Im getting these with yellow stitching to match the rest of my interior.

It's an option. "leather wheel". pretty "rare".. Guess The box wasn't checked very much on build outs. But then gives the option for the green stitch on the wheel. Which I really like. This wheel is also supposed to be a little fatter. It was the first I saw when I got the car. Really like it!!

That's pretty nice. I ordered some pulls already. Not sure exactly what I will do. May just leave black or may have the pulls wrapped in alcantara or leather. Then may do green stitch ontop of that. I don't want it to stand out to much. Want it to look like a factory option.

Thinking about doing yellow pull straps from a 3.8RS in mine.
