That is pretty much my favorite Porsche of them all, short of a Carrera GT. You hit it out of the park this time! WOW!

Stellar car!! I was confused for a moment regarding not having ***** to cage GT3RS then stepping up to 600hp turbo boost GT2RS.

Certainly a great investment. Enjoy to the fullest.

Anand,

Congratulations! Beautiful car - all the best with it.

I think that if I ever get to instruct for you again, I will have to get a few laps in the driver's seat. Just to see how it handles so I can instruct you better, of course!

Nice, I did not know any still existed on the open market.
I had a hard time choosing between 4.0 and GT2RS...

The 4.0 is collector, the GT2RS price is lagging and I think more, much more for less. At today's prices it's a no brainier.

Tune it for linearity and it will be awesome. I'd add straight pipes, just because of all the entertaining sounds..

Big congrats!

Stunning example, brilliant choice in vehicles.

Wrt to driving on track, Mega respect. These cars are meant to be driven, not to end up on a turntable in your living room waiting for them to appreciate. IMHO

Re Ceramics. We track a lot and have not experienced issues with the rotors, key is to not let the pad wear exceed approx. 70%. Prior to the brake light warning coming on, there are small rivets in the pads that once exposed that can ruin the rotors.

Thanks for the kind words and suggestions!! Yeah I won't be surprised to see the pads wear faster, it will be stopping from a higher MPH! haha I can't wait to drive this beast

LOL yeah, poor choice of words on my part. I wasn't thinking too straight when I wrote the post, but definitely not going to cage this guy, will find something else for that, but thank you

Well GT3RS - GT2RS = 1? Doesn't that mean the 3 is better

haha thanks!

Thanks!! I don't think there are a lot out there, but I think I saw 2 others a few weeks ago. As for pipes and tunes, well that's what this forum is for right Quite a few options out there for aftermarket stuff, now is the fun time to research it all! For the price it had to be a 2RS, even though I really do want a 4.0 as well. One day, I'll keep dreaming until then...
