Triple,

Thanks for the last minute splash of fuel yesterday, I was so busy talking to rennlisters and ogling cars I had forgot to check my fuel gauge on my second to last session. Doh! Anyway, great meeting and thanks again.

Improved my time from last year - had a couple of laps in the 2:32's, others in the 2:34-35's. Set up: guards LSD, stock bilstein stock shocks with revised valving and spring rate and lowered, Fabspeed sport cat, x-pipe, no muffler, AD08R tires.

The weather was awful for friday and part of saturday but it really turned out to be a great event. In a lot of ways the best ever for me. I met more rennlister's at cota than ever before. Kyrocks and 4forme were in my run group but I almost soiled myself just trying to keep them in sight. Those guys are fast.
Not sure but I think the GT3 DE cup goes to a guy from Colorado. He got into 2:24's with a .1 GT3 on nittos. Did anybody top that?

I think this will be an annual trip. Im really glad they let us come out there to play at such a nice facility.

Oh yeah, It was cool to see tripleblack's GT2. That was the first time i have seen one of those properly driven.

It was good to meet you guys.

Good meeting you 85gold, also good to meet a fellow 996GT3 enthusiast even if you were "ricing it" at COTA. Enjoy your west coast track challenge, sounds like it will be a blast.
