You can't hit the orange thingie in 19. You have to put your left side wheels inside (to the left) of it...
Can't do that, however, in 7 and 9 as currently configured.

Three Wheelin'
The Baja 928, the owner bought two 928's for $1000 and built one. He installed a Corvette engine and tranny. I guess lower cost than a 928 engine and more hp. Although, I didn't see him use all of those hp's.

That 928 was comical...and its driver did not belong at this event. WAY off pace & never improved over the 3 days, IMO. More like a barely Blue solo driver.

There were a ton of people who were dangerously mis-placed. I think the closing speed differences for the Fiat Panda/whatever that thing is called, were 2-3x the speed of the Fiat.

The Fiat was crazy slow! I passed him on the back straight & front straight like he was standing still. If you caught him in the esses of the carousel you were screwed!

Yep! it never failed I would always catch the Fiat 500 at the beginning of 3. At least 7 times over the weekend!!! Grrrr. They had the garage next to us, nice guys but was always impersonating a rolling chicane.

Couple Vids - finally. First one was Saturday, last "Bonus" session on 5 session old hohos. Second vid is Last session Sunday, hohos on 9 sessions - but the GPS was going haywire, and you'll notice that the lap time keeps going and going - but was a high 25 in the analysis package..so who knows. Also discovered that I had killed a rear rotor and corded left rear when I got home....that's what that sounds was, sounded like wheel weights departing..
At least another 1-2 seconds of easy fruit to be had if I can grow a set. Gears in video are not calibrated/working, and I was shifting to 3rd in 1, 11, 12, instead of 2nd, to save the PP. Car mechanicals were much much happier than when I was muscling it into 2nd.

You would not believe the drama I experienced with those freaking rear brakes.
- Mic'd the rear rotors on Weds, they looked borderline. Pads looked like at least a weekend.
- Pads were down to 3mm on one side on Sat, so I borrowed a set from tripleblack (thanks man!) and proceeded to install in between sessions.
- While I'm at it, might as well install stud kit - bad idea with hot carriers and these goofy self-locking nuts I got from Eddie. Fought one side with Scott, and then said to hell with it...leave bolts on the other side.
- On Second side, I discovered that one carrier hole had its first couple threads screwed up (by a caliper bolt that should not have been re-used). Wow - had Ashton, then Scott look at it. DOA...until one of the mechanics taking care of the fleet of fiats in our garage custom machines a tap (fluting a bolt to help clear broken threads) with his bare hands - and it works. Scott got it all back together (thanks again!), though one caliper stud is declared dead.
- Then Sunday, apparently the right rear rotor goes tink...

Jacy, IMO braking later & harder in 11, 12, and 20 buys you nothing for lap times, and is likely slower due to the chassis being unsettled and pointed on its nose at turn in. Trail braking more is a better thing to work on IMO.
Sorry for your mechanical issues.
