Ive got 3 way Ohlins on my 6 gt3 cup and they are frigging UNREAL...but its really the setup that makes them epic...IMHO JRZ/Moton/Ohlins will all get the job done...and Ill echo others...stick to single adj shocks or MAYBE doubles if you really know your stuff and you have the right diagnostic and setup tools and experience...anything more is ridiculous for a non factory built/pro team effort IMHO. That said I have 2 way JRZ's on my 7.2 RS and they are fantastic as well...fwiw.

+1 Since I don't have a race crew and I'm not racing for trophies, money, and/or trophy girls I got the single adjustment Ohlins and am pretty happy. Not a bad price for what you get either.

Tim,

You are somewhat close to the shop Performance Shock in Sonoma, and they are the real experts on Ohlins.http://performanceshock.com/. They provided the double adjustable Ohlins for my car and they have been great so far. PSI are good guys and very knowledgable, and willing to provide any info necessary.

Good luck.

Peter

Tim

Along with checking out the Ohlins, you should head over to Sharkwerks and check out the Bilstein Clubsports on the 4.1. I was impressed with the clubsports.

Thanks, Peter. Yes, Performance is just down the road from me. I'll go check them out. And I never need much of an excuse to visit Sonoma.

I love the way my car rides with the ohlins dfv, custom rates, and full setup by bbi. I can't make the most of it myself, did have a pro driver drive the car a few weeks back on track and said it drove unbelievably good. He really liked it.
