Just wondering if anybody has one and what they think of it. A friend of mine really wants one. He presently has a ZR-1 so he likes big fast muscle cars. It won't be a track car just a Sunday cruiser. Any thoughts, input would be appreciated.

Coming from a 2005, they serve a purpose.
They offer a brawny, point and shoot style badass car experience. More so then the vettes.

For a Sunday driver I would consider a new Viper, however id go for a TA model or perhaps the new ragtop…

They are a lot smaller than you think. There was one at VIR late last year. The TA version looks great, better than the new vette IMO.

I stood through a presentation at Petit LeMans on the new Viper and was pretty impressed- its a good looking car. That said, I voted with my wallet and spent new Viper money on a 6 year old GT3!

the Z06 will be the better of the two cars 100%.

The Viper experience is entertaining however.
