One sold today for $140k. A 5k mile car. That, IMO, is more in line with what the real market is.
Priced too high but the color looks fantastic. Ohio must be the place this time of year to get low mileage GT3's (RS) Got my '11 GT3 with less than 800 miles in Cincinnati. Besides the color, Sport buckets are a price additive right now, but still not enough to warrant the price they are asking.
