Default 997.1 GT3RS

I would very much appreciate the thoughts, opinions, comments and concerns of the Rennlist community as regards this 2007 GT3 RS. Any insights as to it's history and previous owners plus opinions on the appropriate price would be most useful. Many thanks, Vivian.

Did you see the registry?

I'll let the experts comment on price but seems high to me.

nice example.
2 steering wheels are nice.

Price is 19k too high, although these days prices are all over the place.

That price is very high...if it was priced right it would be in my garage.

Consensus is that it's over-priced. I would agree. But by how much?

Cheers,
Vivian.

Not a lot of 997.1RS out in the market nowadays. It seems like people that have them are content to keep them.
$100k should buy you a nice .1RS but with lack of supply it is anybodys guess.

Since you asked, car should be priced between $85-95K...Four owner car with 17K miles.

$85-90k for multiple owner, mileage and paint history.

90-100k for no stories.

100-110k for super low mile garage queen.

Does this car have accident history and paintwork? Not sure we're talking about the same vehicle here: this one has 17k miles.

Way too high in my opinion. About a month ago Byers Porshce in Ohio had a black 08 certified for sale for a while. When they dropped the price from 115 to 99,250 it sold in a day. I offered 95 and thought they were crazy for not taking it leading into the winter. Sold the next day for 99k. Keep in mind that's certified for 2 years. And to me Byers always seems to price things high. I guess they know what they are doing. 100k max. I'm actively searching.

Looks like a clean RS, similar in spec to mine, but it should be around $100k.
I think these will go down in price over time with the new GT3's around the corner & the new RS coming out next year, but I can see less for sale as guys will hang onto them...

Good luck!
