Default 997.1 Sport Button

I was wondering whether for freeway driving (relatively constant between 65 and 75) the sport button has any impact on fuel economy or tailpipe emissions. Anyone know?

I often commute 110 miles per day in my GT3, and I am wondering whether to turn off sport mode on the highway. At these speeds, the exhaust sound is not a factor as it is drowned out by road noise.

Thanks,

David

Different engine map. MPG goes down. Slight loss of torque down low. Slightly better throttle response (just an e-gas thing)

The manual and sales materials all say that low rpm torque INCREASES with the Sport button turned on.
