Took the .2 in for a front clip clear bra with the new Expel film. Local place did a great job but we took out the headlights so they could wrap around the opening without a gap. They moved the car a little while doing the job (next to a beautiful R8 BTW) and the car must not have liked that.
Keep getting a "cornering light failure" warning with flashing highbeam indicator and ! and I've tried everything to clear it. Durametric not successful either...
Looks like a 2 1/2 hour trip to the nearest dealer to reset the damned thing!!![banghead](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/banghead.gif)
So if you doing something similiar, DON"T move the car with the lights out!!

Any time you do anything that requires disconnecting or connecting anything electrical on the Porsches, disconnect the battery. I found the hard way and it's bloody ridiculous that a car as expensive as these cars is not able to detect and self correct, but then again I do understand that the poor dealers need to make $125 / hr.

This is the same for all makes with Xenon lamps; do not start or turn on ignition if you do electrical work and disconnect anything. As 512bb said disconnect the battery and then no risk of forgetting and accidentally turning on the ignition.
