I guess the 997.2 GT3 makes more sense but there is just something special about the RS for me, I also love LWFW's. I had one in my old 996tt and just loved the way it revved after the install.
So one more thing could anyone comment on the current 997.1 GT3 RS market? I am looking at a 2007 with 18k miles, great cond, one owner, 147k sticker, full leather, PCCB's (which I want). Asking 95k but they seem flexible (dealer). Is this a good price? I'd like to not overpay since Ill probably want to upgrade in a couple years. thx again
Also, any one care to speculate on what these ill be selling for in 2 years? If 90k now make low 80's?
I felt the same way 2 years ago, and I don't regret my decision one bit....if that helps.

With your preference .1rs is way to go. As far as bang for the track buck, .2 non rs is best value.

Can't speculate on future pricing... but asking seems fair for miles, 1 owner, options, assuming it checks out with PPI, and for a dealer. Is this a local car to you?

There have been a few that have traded hands here not far off that range.

If you plan to track the car I would recommend you review the parts costs for PCCB brakes…

http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...e=2010gt3_pccb

I've seen people have to replace the rotors on back to to back weekends…basically the need to replace PCCB rotors can have nothing to do with how long they have been in use or how many miles they have on them…

it's one of the reasons I sold mine and put steel brakes on the car. Ongoing maintenance cost for PCCB will eat you alive.

If you do not plan to track the car then I have no opinion.

PM me if you want more information - People on this forum know this can will keep up with a GT3 RS…

if you want a track setup car you'd be hard pressed to find a better configuration - and the car is proven fast in the right hands.
