When you guys send yours back, make sure you make a comment "that you want it better than the job you did for the guy in Australia." He shouldn't be able to get away with poor workmanship.

DCT in Santa Clara, Ca is another good alternative that folks seem happy with.

I gotta say, when you look closely at the pics on Dallas's website it doesn't instill confidence. I had them do a set of sun visors in Alcantara and I'd give them a B- at best.

Have you got a link to the DCT website?

I am stuck now with a wheel that owes me over $500 and it is hard to justify spending another $500 to try and make it saleable. Dallas should give me my money back. And I hope he loses some business with as a result.

Here you go. A bit more expensive than Dallas and takes 5 weeks.

Sorry to see and read about your situation, especially since I recommended them.

I had them do a 993 wheel which looked good initially but did not wear well at all. Within a year the stitching was coming apart and the alcantera was sagging. I wouldn't go there again. FWIW I just had the local Adler & Mandel redo some GT3 seats and I was very pleased.

I hear ya. My experience, service, communication, and end product was pro and wheel is still holding up nicely. Bummer to see that the OP had a completely different experience.
