@FLT6SPD had this happen on his 3.6RS I believe. But mostly an issue with the 3.8RS (since they all come with LWFW) and the non RS if installed with LWFW.

His car was the first I heard of with the issue on a 3.6.

My .1 has the LWFW and RS pulley installed and it has 28k miles. I’m hoping for this to never be an issue.

that looks like post fix where the new bolts are flat and don't stand proud. The witness marks are new after the fix.

Correct, 3.6 at 12k miles it is rare to hear about it but it happens. There are qty 3 991.2 RS at Fremont Porsche right now for engine replacements, you do not hear about those either so it can be more prevalent, only the mother ship knows...

Look at FFaust's post from this thread. Bolts/bolt heads are the same. Some are flat, some have rounded heads. As far as the witness marks, could be before or after the 'work' done. No way to know without more info
