How to Install 997 Turbo/GT2 Daytime Running LED Bumper Lights
Al & Ed's Autosound in Marina Del Rey now offers a true DRL retrofit kit for 997 Turbo Porsches. This kit will only work on turbos with this style bumper. Parking light and turn signal are also upgraded to LED bulbs for brighter light. Call us for a quote on parts and labor 310.827.8121

Here the install photo thread. The bumper did not have to come completely off but it does need to be loosened to access the for harnesses.
we will have an option for a SMD t-10 parking light bulb to upgrade the parking light in the light assembly to a 5k led to match the switch backs. Install time about an hour and a half.
tools needed
#2 phillips screwdriver
T25 torx and a T30 torx
Plastic panel popper
3 ft plastic zip tie
wire striper
crimpers
skewdriver
if you want to get crazy a screw gun, I use a Milwaukee Angle driver
And Here we go to the DelReyCustoms Install Bay
