with the given selection I would say no question 4.0L. It is as close one can get to a Cup car on the street with a resale value that modern cars could only dream of. The engine in the 4.0L has all special bits. 
taking two 3.8 over one 4.0 is like saying quantity and not quality... Spoil yourself and get the quailty one.
Here is the hard question;

4.0 is the epitome of currently available "TRUE" sport/track cars. If only the best will do, it is your only choice. If not, several others mentioned here might do. Allan
