Default Steel swap for upcoming DE

Hello,

Have a DE upcoming and in a rush for PCCB replacements on my 997.1TT. I know most of you guys run PFC and OEM turbo rears but I wanted something that will retain OEM functionality which leaves me with G-DIsc and Brembo.

Just reaching out to the vendors who may have these in stock as it doesn't seem to be the case her in the Bay Area.

Please help, 4 weeks to go!!!

PFC slotted rotors / oem rear or turbo rear with choice of Pads. - Done.

On a 997.1 TT there is a two piece assembly for the front and stock Porsche steel rear discs. PF also has a rear assembly available. We have the fronts in stock. Use this combination with PF08 pads and you will be pleased. You mention retaining OEM functionality. By this do you mean retaining the parking brake?

Guys thank for the input. Looking into it now with the recommended set up even though I'd prefere having all 4 corners on the same rotors. What can I say I'm a turbo owner want thing pretty, dont' flame me.

Just heard that stoptech has a solution for all 4 corners, anywhere hear the same.

So have some updates, there is not a solution for PFC for the rear with the parking brake. Contrary to previously posted threads regarding TT compatibility, there is a TT specific front hat needed.

Decision made. Brembo Type III's and PFC08's in route. Thank you all for the help and input, hopefully PFC comes our with a solution for e-brake in the near future.

unlikely pfc will come out with rear rotot with E brake.
mkt too small.
all the track guys run turbo rear.
some i know who insist on matching rotors.... well just say they learn it the hard way and he is now on turbo rear pfc fronts just like mooty ;-)

Function over form. Who cares if the fronts are slotted and the rears are drilled? I could understand if it was just a weekend/cars & coffee car for you but since you are tracking it I don't get this at all. But as long as you are happy with your purchase that's all that matters at the end of the day!
