Ryan, congrats on the awesome build. A buddy snapped a picture of it while you were towing it the other week. Couple questions for you, do the turbo rotors fit a .1 GT3 and did you pick them up from the dealer across the street? How does the race car feel compared to the RS power and suspension wise? And lastly, would a C2S have taken you out of H class due to the bump in power? Sorry, I just consider doing the same thing at times.

Was running 2:25s with screwed up brakes. Had to brake 100-150ft earlier than its potential most corners. Next year with the brake issue resolved should be in the 2:22s (but shooting for a 2:21). Being Stock H, we cant make any mods to drivetrain with exception of exhaust. BTW, nice get on the Interseries car. You should have a blast with it.
Was going to put GDTRFB on the rear bumper also

Hi Ryan,
Congrats on the awesome build.! Cant wait to fill that seat... soon!
The bosch M4 system we are using is a fantastic upgrade if its class legal for you. Just easier, requiring less presence of mind (LOL) while braking. Other than that brake like a bike,..... soft and long! Allows full power to the caliper, dial in the threshold onn the dash, and go.
Have not run it yet other than NH but brake power and modulation is way better than the RS ( prob also due to the 280 / 330 tires?!)!
best

Best comparison I have is at Summit Point from 3 weeks ago were the brakes were working better. I ran a 1:20.5 in this car on 15HC R6s. This beats the Stock H class record by about 1.3 seconds! Best I did in the RS at same track is a 1:18.3 (My RS had no performance/suspension mods except rear toe links.)

C2S would put you in I class. Very few competitors there (3-4 each event). H is a very large field. Usually between 12-16 each race.

Interesting on the brakes......Ive heard the 997 platform is quote the struggle to make into a dedicated race car because of the ABS.....and you eventually have to go with a motorports unit to solve the problem

Nice car! You mentioned that you are allowed no drivetrain mods - doesn't the non-GT3 997 motor suffer from oil starvation in hard cornering? I know a guy that blew his stock 997 motor after a few years of tracking. Just curious, as I am not a tech guru.

I guess I should have qualified it as no performance modifications to drive train are allowed. Some minor things are allowed, such as oil pan baffling, to help with that exact problem.
