95-100 depending on how "clean" the car is.

997.1 gt3 is still going for mid 70-80 (5-6 yr old cars)...

Default 997.2 price check?

Curious what others feel the current value of a .2 3, white, full leather, no sport chrono, pristine example, 6900 miles, is...

95k if you want it sold yesterday! That price point is the bottom of the market, so I would think a clean low mileage example should fetch 100k or more.

Given that most are being advertised at $113K + and not selling I'd say anything under $110K or so is likely what they are actually selling for. KBB shows very high values whereas Edmunds shows too low values. I don't know what to think of it.

I thought some hard data might help...
Manheim auto auction data on 997.2 GT3
(although they do not break out the RS from GT3 by model so I would imagine the higher ones listed are RS cars)

So yes -- $95K is the low end of the range given that these are wholesale transactions

dealer buys the car for the amount listed
transports the car to his location
preps it for sale
floors it
AND tries to make a profit... so I think your estimate of 10%+ is accurate

although another way savy buyers can operate is making freinds with a dealer (any licensed car dealer) and paying him a fee to bid on a specific car... search manheim for your car... tell dealer/borker buddy that you will pay x for the car and x+his fee and it is yours.

A friend of mine bought a CLS 63 at manheim for x+$1000 fee...

being April and the fact the new 991 GT3 is expensive and no longer a manual id expect prices to be very strong on 997.2 GT3 this season. All of 100k and more if CPO.

Although we want them for 90k
