I for one watched the 30 min documentary he has. I think the work is nice and he does have an eye for rounding the edges that need it and make meaningful, functional mods...
Yea he is different, but most artists are. I'd love one of his cars or mod a car similar to the way he styles. As others have said he's not over promoting IMO. Brothers gotta make a living.

I like Magnus' cars. Nothing wrong with one promoting ones self.

I have one of Magnus Walker's 911's. A 1966 911 SWB that was actually built by Andial before Magnus had it. He added his touch and I think it's a fabulous car. Drives and handles superb. I love it and will never sell it. Here in the UK it's rare too...
Cheers,
Paul

Thanks Nizer for posting this video. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
I think congrats are in order to Magnus for not only what he has done with his Porsches, but also for promoting the Porsche brand. Good for him for bringing attention to the brand, and maybe even recruiting a new demographics. I like his work, and I like his cars.
I now really want a late 60s/early 70s 911.

The engine cost is about the same as a gt3....I've seen a few 997.1s starting to have out of warranty problems withe the engine.....the cost to fix is more than a Cracker Jack air cooled engine.......time will tell with this

It's matching numbers, but Andial have increased the displacement from 2.0 to 2.2 with carbs. It drives brilliantly - pulls hard all the way to 100mph...

I believe that anyone that can come he form another country with little to their name and create a brand first in clothing and now in our porsche cars deserves a hat off. I would agree that ere are others that perhaps do a setup more to my liking but there is no doubt that what this import is doing is good for the brand. So I say give him a break and wish him the best of luck for continued success.
Bottom line sweet car.
