Sliding down the slippery slope
Well its been a little less than a month since my first DE event and all I can think about is getting back onto a track. I was warned how addictive this can become, just didn't realize it would hit me this hard.
I just pulled the trigger on some GT2 buckets and a RSS bar, hoping to get them installed in time for PCA's Thunderhill DE later this month. The only other mods I currently have on the car are Wevo engine mounts, Sharkwerks bypass and EVOMS ecu tune.
After I get a little more used to the car on the track, I think my next focus will be suspension. Any recommendations? I primarily use the car as my DD...

Only other mods I would do would be:
Solid Rear toe links, dogbones, and LCA monoball bushing and a good alignment.
Stock suspension (dampers) are fine until you decide to go to slicks, also the softer suspension will be more forgiving and grippier on these west coast dirty tracks.
Also get some sort of in car laptimer to see how you are doingf on laps for instant feedback during a session.
Then just spend $$ and time on seat time.

Just safety stuff which u got planned already- drive drive drive!!! Get rides with guys who have several seasons of track experience with the gt3 like Mooty/24 chromium/speedoflight- they get u to point and shoot. Gt3's are so fun at the track. Mike

Thanks for all the feedback everyone!
I live in SF (Marina) but work in San Mateo - it would be great to meet up with you guys sometime. Not married yet, so I can continue to funnel all my income towards my new founded obsession.
