Thats p-Tax for you ShakeNBake! and why not super charge your E90?
Savyboy, noted but I know that's where the true gains are. Swappable Cats/Cat delete pipes and flash tune for each. With a full Cat delete tune the Cat monitoring program is turned off (second O2 sensor) so no issue there.

Any real weight to this statement "This inner design of the main muffler makes the Supersprint® full headers system compliant with the sound regulations (when the drive-by sound test is done), at all of these selective racetracks" ?

Not directed at me but thought I would add that we offer the 100 Cell system with it in the back of our minds that the car will have an ECU tune at some point. It certainly would be a shame not to, as the gains are higher to take advantage of the additional flow, plus it will remove the CEL. The 100 Cell flows just like a straight pipe but still removes the majority of the compounds flying out the back.
Its from the fact that the muffler does a better job than the stock one due to the Helmoltz resonator, so if you were to install on its own then yes, if it'll pass as stock it'll pass with the Supersprint muffler.
We are building in a process of DB reading each exhaust in the future for exactly this reason so if we get to a GT3 in the meantime we'll do a test with a full system and muffler only.

^ So to be clear- the full system is louder than stock- correct? And thus would not pass sound at a track like Laguna Seca, right?

Don't think any full system would pass at Laguna, your pushing it with the stock one lol Its the SS muffler that can actually be quieter than stock and to put it in context, is 'when used with the side muffler bypass can be used to make the system compliant with most race track sound limits at both standing and drive-by tests. Both full system and only rear muffler setups are FIA compliant.'
