Hawt damn! This looks fantastic! I love the 3rd rail of e-track up high. Can't wait to see it in person.

Thanks for all of the feedback guys. I definitely appreciate it. I think you are all pretty much right - don't do anything less than 24' and get a bigger truck. Not sure what my plan is yet, I may take the 24' plunge, see how the Raptor does, and more likely than not, go pick up a Denali Duramax so I can match all of you guys.

BTW, awesome looking trailers!

And I'd take the address of the secret location for a small fee...I have my bolt cutters ready to go

Just follow the yellow brick road! It leads to TPD Trailers in Sacramento, CA.

Sorry PJ, but I know of a nice 18' open trailer with a nice box that you could get into!

I started my trailer journey looking at 20' local "cheap" enclosed trailers and planned to use my x5 diesel as tow vehicle.

then i spoke to mooty and pjs.... now i have a chevy 2500 diesel truck, and a 24' enclosed TPD on order.

bad influence

mooty and pjs should be banned. I am resisting so far. Only got open trailex and "normal" pickem up.

open trailer with your nice silver car will lead to chips and bird poop discoloring clear bra. furthermore, after a weekend of "work" on track, you are tired. do you really want to unpack the tires and tool from the open trailer? just get an enclosed trailer and a manly truck to tow it with.

i have done my part.

PJS will chime in, then as they say... resistance is futile.
