My car came with Brembo Type III rotors on the front, but I see that they do use a slightly different pad type. Can those who have these rotors comment on what pads you've used with these rotors, and what model/shape they are? Currently have Pagid yellows, but I do want a street pad as well.

PFC 7819 08 17 44 will work also Pagid 8003 shape supposedly works(I have not tried myself but Race Technologies, the distributor for Brembo, gave me that info)
I have a set of stock Porsche pad here for sale. I know they work. They are more suited for street. I ran them on Brembo type III for a few thousand miles.

Type III pagid pad # 8004 for the fronts -- pre shaped to work with Type III rotors (380mm)

Stock pad shape fitment with TYPE III rotors

Stock shaped pads on a grinder for a couple seconds (sounds awful but is no big deal)

hope this helps -- if you find a good deal on OEM pad shape, then it is very simple to make them work.
I know there are several on this board that abhor the thought of pads that do not drop right in... I am merely pointing out that it is a very simple option if you choose to pursue it
I run RS 29 on street and track because I am lazy
I will try the PF options this year as all the raving on RL and trusted testimonials have piqued my interest

The Pagid 8003 (for 997 Cup 10+) and 8004 (for 997 GT3 Cup 05 - 09) are not exactly the same. The 8004 is slightly thicker (1-2mm) and can cause problems, like judder. They are not interchangeable.
