Would tom tom gps cradle fit iphone 5 w the 30 pin dock converter to lighting? Im thinking this may work great

Don't quote me here but I'm pretty sure that won't work. I don't think an iPhone5 would even fit in the TomTom cradle by itself given the increase in "height" relative to the iPhone4. If you have a 5, I'm thinking the best bet would be some sort of external GPS unit. Or an integrated GPS cradle w/ power similar to the TomTom but I'm not sure if that even exists (take that with a grain of salt though as I haven't looked).

Nope too long...Iphone 5 ail not fit and lock in place. I can't find any powered cradles on the market yet for iPhone 5.

I use Race Keeper for my data but sometimes have Harry's running too for back up.

Here is the lightening to 30 pin adaptor, and this is the external GPS unit for iPhone/iPod touch/iPad.

RAM makes a universal X-mount that holds the i5 well (use cord to lighter for power)

I am using the BT Dual GPS. The default is to run at 1Hz. You can upgrade the firmware to run at 5Hz (free) on the BT model.
