A must read for any new GT3 owner to shove him down the slippery slope with a gentle wack in the neck.

Mercifully you left the prices off :-)

Big
LOL yes we should start the article with:

One thing about the switch-disconnect valve bypass "procedure"--it does create a code in the ECU whose "fault count" goes up every time you start the engine. It sticks out like a sore thumb once you connect the car to PIWIS. No harm done, but be prepared that any dealer worth his salt will spot and question this.
Thanks mucho and hopefully it's of some use to folks

Roger that on the fault count. Indeed I try not to do it that way but for some folks that don't want to add a few vaumum lines/covers etc.. I'll add it into the article though!

You are a funny man! I am sooooo grateful I live on the west coast! I think the Florida heat has taken its toll on the "Trakcar nation" just as alcohol & drugs have caused dilutions of grandure with the " Raider Nation"

Trakcar's fame has completely eclipsed the brief moment in the sun that zkermit had. Even chuck Norris concedes that Peter is a better driver than him. All hail mighty trackcar!

Too funny fellas! Well to my knowledge Kermit is still the only GT3RS to be used for landing U-2 Spy planes (still in active duty!):

Obama uses Trakcar when he has to get somewhere in a hurry and Airforce 1 is down for repair.

Dan, great in depth article on GT3's. I hope Sharkwerks does something like this with the Carrera S/GTS cars.
