VERY beautiful car.
A few observations: it appears to be a low option car and very suitable for track work. Yet the description suggests that it has been maintained as a concours car with options primarily for visual character. It would be interesting to see the build sheet, but if PTS is the only significant option, then the MSRP was probably under $200k which makes the ask 15% over. And for that premium, one is acquiring a rare car in a very rare color ordered as one would a track car. Interesting.

baron has had his share of racing.
he's a serious collector now with lot of candy in his private stash.
ALL RS regardless of how it's to be used should be optioned minimally imo, and this one has been preserved by baron....

Right. I think (Not sure) no options, radio delete and PTS only.
Mooty is right. MSRP is irrelevant for RS cars, build desirability condition and milage set the price.

Thanks for all of the emails, PMs and phone calls regarding my car.
This has been an interesting and amusing endeavor to say the least ! Many have offered trades & cash. Several need to sell their 3.8 before they can buy mine.
But the most creative offers have been; a two bedroom condo in the Turks & Caicos which on face value seems to be worth a bit more than my 4.0
The scond really creative offer is a concours 1935 Stearman Biplane & cash.
A two bedroom condo doesn't quite cut it with 5 sons and my wife put her foot down on the Stearman ..... says I'll kill myself !
Such is life !
