Carbon fiber (MaCarbon): Ventilation outlets outer trim (custom made job by Macarbon), Sport Chrono pod, e-brake and shifter lever ****, door opener surround trim, door handle, door compartment lid, triangular trim piece on rearview mirrors control, outer and inner door sills, center dashboard (Instruments stack) side covers.

I could only imagine if you got my car before me, they would have beat the crap out of you over the mods that came with it. I tell people there are no mods, it came that way!

when my first RS suffered an insurance claim, the insurance company let me pull all my aftermarket parts (at my expense) and replace with the stock parts before the assessment was performed.
The car was insured as stock therefore they were only interested in appraising stock.
I dont think the insurance company would want to pay me full or fair value for the parts in my Signature

Yeah they let me pull rollbar and a few bits and pieces. But going forward the issue is they won't take the car "on their book" at all with performance mods. Car would need to be on "facility" insurance and since that is a different underwriting pool, they don't recognize the "accident forgiveness" and the price would be cuckoo. Similar argument re. shopping around - with the recent accident, ugh.
They also pointed out where I need to inform them of any mods I make after its insured.
