can you report back on your clutch? did you make the upgrade?
I have same issue. need a new clutch on my 997.1 gt3 and thinking about going for the 4.0 kit from suncoast Porsche.
are there any disadvantages having the RS 4.0 clutch kit? life span? drivability?
I read that it rattles on idle, is it very obvious?
my car is euro spec.. does this affect anything?
has anyone ordered through Suncoast? is that the way recommended way to go?
comments or suggestions highly appreciated.
thanks,
fadi

fadi, The 4.0 parts are high quality, old tech, light weight, single mass. I don't have the 4.0 , but older 911's (pre-dual mass) had the clatter. It's like plates tapping/rubbing eachother in a dishwasher. Very minor, but audible.
